Does the Artist Bundle include a Flip Stylus with an eraser?

Yes. All Flip styluses have a built-in 10mm TruGlide(TM) fiber mesh eraser.

Will Flip work with Android devices?

Flip will work like any normal passive stylus on Android devices, similar to the way your finger works. Flip’s smart features are not currently supported on Android. We are considering adding Android support in 2017, but for the purpose of this Kickstarter project please only plan to use your Flip with iOS devices (iPads and iPhones).

Who should I contact if I have questions about my survey? We are using BackerKit to manage the surveys, collect data, and process pledges for fulfillment.

Can my reward(s) be shipped to more than one address? Shipping costs will accommodate shipping to a single address. We can split rewards, if needed, and additional shipping costs will apply.

What shipping courier will you use? Rewards will be shipped through the United States Postal Service.

For international shipments, packages will originate with the United States Postal Service and the package will then be transferred over to your country’s equivalent shipping courier once it has departed the United States.

Will I be charged international Customs fees such as taxes and/or duties? Although we will ship your products as a gift since it is a reward for backing our Kickstarter project, rewards shipping to an address outside of the United States may be subject to Customs fees including taxes and/or duties.

These fees will vary depending on the policies in your particular country, and we are not responsible for paying Customs fees, taxes, or duties for products shipped to an international destination.

For more specific information, please contact your country’s local Office of Exchange or equivalent shipping courier to the United States Postal Service.

What should I do if there was an error on my shipping address? A shipping label will be created using the exact information entered on your BackerKit survey, so please verify that your shipping address has been entered correctly.

Prior to shipment, please contact BackerKit at [email protected] and they will gladly update your shipping address as needed.

Once your shipment has been processed, we will be unable to make any adjustments to the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you via email to notify you. We will gladly reship the package to you at an additional shipping cost.

Where can I find the tracking information? Once your reward has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email from us which will include the appropriate tracking or label information for your package.

For international shipments, you will be provided with a one-time courtesy scan when your package arrives at the shipping courier’s sorting facility. No tracking information will be available once the package has departed the United States.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking or label information to become available on the shipping courier’s website.

When will my reward arrive? Delivery times are estimated and will vary depending on both the delivery location and the efficiency of the shipping courier. Below are some estimated time frames:

What if my package has not arrived within the estimated time frame? Transit times for all shipping methods are estimated and will vary depending on both the delivery location and the efficiency of the shipping courier.

Once a package has been checked into the shipping carrier’s sorting facility, we are no longer liable for the tracking or delivery of the shipment, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the United States Postal Service or your country’s equivalent shipping courier with any questions.

How can I return my product for a refund? We are strictly unable to issue refunds for any rewards, add-on products, or shipping costs.

How can I cancel my pledge? When the Kickstarter project has closed and the payments are processed, we are unable to cancel pledges or issue refunds for any rewards. This is because backer payments are processed through Kickstarter rather than being handled directly by us at Lynktec.

Do you offer a warranty? We are pleased to offer a one-year limited warranty on our products.

Our obligation to this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any part on the product that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal usage during the one-year period, or in other ways return the product to working order.

The one-year warranty period will begin on the date of shipment for your BackerKit reward and cannot be extended.

What is covered under warranty? We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our discretion.

This limited warranty will not cover failure to product that has been caused by user error (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper and/or faulty equipment), or incidental damages.

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any third party product used in connection with this product. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon Lynktec.

Tips are consumable items which are expected to wear out over time and will require eventual replacement as a result of normal usage, but will be replaced if found to be defective.

How do I make a warranty claim? If you believe that your product requires warranty service, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to make a warranty claim.

To ensure each warranty claim is for a genuine Lynktec product, you will be required to provide proof of purchase. Any product requiring warranty service must be registered for warranty service within 60 days from date of shipment.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
